Terms And Conditions For Promotional Offers And Credits at Joon/JoonTech

The Joon Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply for all promotions, credits, and use of the Joon app or website.  In addition, the Terms and Conditions listed below apply to each promotion and/or credit as indicated.

General Terms:

To qualify for and receive any promotion and/or credit (collectively “Offer(s)”), customer must meet the requirements indicated, as applicable, in the Offer, in the user’s Joon account, and those listed below.  Customers must have a valid Joon account with a valid form of email or phone number on file to take advantage of an Offer.  For Offers available to new customers or new subscribers, as applicable, Active users will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Offer if Joon has a record of their name, email, phone number, or credit card having being used for a prior Joon sign up or being linked to an existing active or inactive Joon account or otherwise suspected of fraudulent activity. All promos are subject to availability. Customers must be the minimum age of 18 to redeem offers. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold. Offers cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases or signups. Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated.  Terms are subject to change by Joon at any time. Joon reserves the right to modify or cancel an Offer at any time. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Joon's computer/server is the official date/time keeping device for all Offers. Use of Promotional Code(s) Terms and Conditions:

Joon's General Terms apply. Promotional codes/offers (“promo codes” or ("promo offers") will expire on the date indicated in the communication to the customer with the promo code; if no date is specified, the promo code will expire (a) for promo codes contained in mail or email, 30 days after the date the mail or email was sent and (b) for promo codes published in any form (including online), 30 days after the date on which it was last displayed to consumers; or (c) when the available quantity specified in offer has run out. To redeem the offer, user should follow the instructions in the Offer. Promo codes may be limited to a one-time use as indicated in the offer. One-time-use offers only apply to what is specified within said offer. Unless otherwise indicated in offer, all promo offers are limited to one per person.

New User $10 Starbucks Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Offer is for a one time $10 Starbucks Gift Card for new user account activations.  User must be new to the Joon Platform with no previous attempts to sign up or previously deactivated or deleted accounts.  Offer may not be available to certain users depending on their local law. Valid First-time users only. Must create a valid Joon account with a valid form of email or phone number on file. No cash value. Non-transferable.
1.  Must complete a valid user profile
2.  Must be over 18 years of age

4.  Account/Profile must be active and valid for redemption at time of gift card issuance
5.  Gift Card will be emailed within 48hrs of receiving email at [email protected]
